Restaurant Ohma is looking for an engaged and forward-thinking General Manager

Would you like to lead a restaurant with a strong identity, high energy and ambitious goals? Restaurant Ohma is seeking an engaged and forward-thinking General Manager to take responsibility for further developing a well-established concept in the heart of Bodø city centre.

As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the restaurant’s operations, financial performance and strategic development. You will play a key role in ensuring profitability, motivated employees and memorable guest experiences.

The Role

Your main responsibilities:

• People leadership: Recruitment, training, follow-up and development of employees

• Operations and finance: Budget responsibility, reporting and efficient resource management

• Service and quality: Ensure high standards in food, beverage and overall guest experience

• Sales and concept development: Strengthen and further develop Ohma’s market position

• Operational leadership: Be present in the restaurant – visible, hands-on and inspiring for the team

Who are you?

We are looking for a leader who combines structure and financial understanding with a genuine passion for service and people.

You have:

• Leadership experience from restaurants, hotels or other service-driven industries

• Strong financial understanding and experience with budgeting and reporting

• The ability to build strong teams and create results through others

• High energy, a positive attitude and strong communication skills

• A genuine passion for food, beverages and hospitality
